Dr. Mike Mah

Dr. Mike Mah is a local boy born and raised in Red Deer. His family has long standing roots in Central Alberta. His grandpa Wei started a brick-and-mortar retail store nearly 70 years ago in Red Deer selling Western Wear. The shop is still present today and is in its third generation of operation! It was here in the shop that Dr. Mah learned from his grandfather that nurturing relationships are what brings fulfillment and purpose. This is what drove Dr. Mah to become a dentist; to be able to interact and have an impact on people’s lives through relationship building. Dr. Mah is happy to be able to do this and contribute to the same area that his grandfather laid roots, having an impact in creating relationships in Blackfalds to continue his family’s legacy.
Dr. Mah did his formal education at U of A, Harvard and UBC Dentistry, but he is always committed to further education and growth on a diverse variety of topics. Specifically, he has a focus in surgery, IV sedation dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, orthodontics/Invisalign and dental implants, where he is a lecturer and trains other dentists.
