All the staff I encountered were super friendly, comforting and welcoming. The dentists seemed highly skilled & knowledgeable and I felt confident putting my trust in them. I appreciated the time the dentists took explaining things to me & they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me & my health. Seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr Kia and team at Blackfalds Dental...most thorough exam I’ve ever had and explained everything completely and being the first time I’ve really ever had work done they were amazing at telling me what they were doing as they worked and checking to make sure I was doing okay. Made my experience less scary and kept my anxiety at a minimum. Loved that the did preventative work instead of just waiting till it eventually became an issue. Highly recommend!!
